How to get it
Shear a sheep you keep fed in your claim and, beside the wool, a lock of Fine Fleece comes away every thirty fed minutes. 1 every 30 fed minutes, 2 from a happy one (groomed, with a hay bale near). A happy sheep (groomed, hay bedding near) gives two locks.
