Landlord · Moonfall Castle
Ernest does not sell soil, he sells the right to claim it. Meet him at Moonfall Castle and you can bid in his auctions for packs of chunks to add to your claims.
Their story
Ernest doesn't sell soil, he sells the right to claim it. He has sold land rights to nobles, thieves, miners and bakers, and once, he thinks, to a pig. He holds his auctions at Moonfall Castle and enjoys every one of them.
What they want: To sell the rights to one more chunk than he sold yesterday.

Aha! A fresh face with dirtless boots! Tell me, you ever claimed land before? I sell rights, one chunk at a time.
