Pell Tideswell
Fishing quests · Windshore Town
Pell buys the catch in Windshore Town, a harbour town that eats what it catches. Cod, salmon, the odd strange thing: Pell pays for all of it.
Their story
Pell has bought the catch at Windshore Town for as long as the harbour has had a market, and has mended nets for even longer. Windshore eats what Windshore catches, so Pell's scales decide what is on every table in town. The Tideswells are a harbour family, and Pell is the one who stayed home.
What they want: To keep Windshore fed through every season without a single empty day at the market.
