Welcome hunt

New to Aldoria? Welcome to Aurelune is a short hunt round Moonfall Town, just outside the castle where you arrive. There are five stops, each one a place you'll use again, and each one tells you what it's for when you find it. Most people finish it in ten to fifteen minutes on foot.

You don't need to sign up: the hunt is already in your quest journal.

How it works

1. Read the clue. Type /hunt to see the clue to your next stop. The same clue is on the hunt's quest in /quests.
2. Walk there. You find a stop the moment you step inside it. A short note shows above your hotbar, with a chime and a few sparkles (not with /quiet on).
3. Learn what it's for. The quest finishes and tells you what the place does, then gives you the clue to the next stop.
4. Do it five times. The last stop finishes the hunt.

/hunt also shows which stops you've found so far. If you wander into a later stop first, it still counts: the hunt catches up as soon as you reach it in the list.

Stuck?

Type /hunt hint for a nudge about the stop you're on. Each stop has three nudges, and each one says a little more than the one before. The third comes with a link that opens the live map right over the stop. Nobody else sees how many nudges you used, and there's no penalty for using them.

What you get

There are no Coins or items, and the hunt doesn't count toward your finished quests. You can do it once.
